[MV] BTS - SWIM (Eng.)
Because I'm so behind I've had almost 3 weeks of experience with Bangtan's post-military comeback album. The vocal processing issue persists and is ever-present throughout. I've truly given up ever getting to hear another BTS album without it. But that aside, I thought this was a really interesting choice for the lead track. Maybe the mellowest lead they've ever had. Even Spring Day wasn't this mellow. Just One Day might be the closest, but I think that was technically a B-side. Anyway, quite the choice. Preferred the later performance versions of the MV. As lovely as Lili Reinhart is, I'm here for Bangtan choreo. It does have really pretty choreo. Also mellow. The tracks I like the most are Body to Body, Normal, and Swim. The rest is a little too plagued with trendy/shallow English lyrics. Makes it killer for virality and use on social media, so it will do well, but not my personal jam.
