[MV] Pretty Brown (feat. Kanto) - Break Up With Break Up

Subbed lyrics at 1theK.
I think this is the fifth MV I've seen using the panoramic video thing in two weeks. Lol.

[MV] miss A - Only You

A bit underwhelmed after being super excited about their comeback.
Doesn't feel like miss A to me. It's nice though.
Styling choices though... silver underboobs...

[MV] Red Velvet - Ice Cream Cake

I believe the consensus is that this will be the normal pattern for Red Velvet into the future.
For each promotional period they will release two tracks/MVs. One that is sexy/chill/R&B. One that is up-tempo/happy/pop.

[MV] MINAH - I AM A WOMAN TOO

[MV] Red Velvet - Automatic

Pre-release track. Yeri is the newly added member of the group.
I'm still having a hard time telling them apart. Eek.

[MV] Giriboy - Take Care of You

Heavy lyrics related to prostitution. Not sure of the exact circumstances, but I believe it's a cover/remake of Swings 'Take Care of Me' with different lyrics.

[MV] Gain - Paradise Lost

Bold and provocative from Gain, as always.
Interesting symbolism as the serpent temptress!

[MV] Beenzino - So What

[MV] Outsider (feat. 2TAK, Sapo) - Octagon + Freedom

[MV] Outsider (feat. Lee Eunmi) - Wind Breeze

[MV] Flowsik - The Calling

[MV] Stellar - Fool

Struggling with the scandal the Marionette video caused with all it's emphasis on crotches, cleavage, and butts...

... so a few more close up shots of crotches, cleavage, and butts then? K. Whatever. Lol.

[MV] Junhyung (2BIC) - Bye Bye Bye

[MV] HEYNE - My Heart

Subbed lyrics at 1theK

[MV] XIA Junsu - Flower

Tablo is the featured rapper. Junsu and Tablo were on the same track back in the old days for a Samsung promotional thing. Anyband. Junsu and Tablo together again is a dream collaboration for me.
The operatic female voice in the backing vocal is Jung Sun-ah. She worked with Junsu in the musicals for Mozart! and Dracula. I adore her voice.

My ultimate bias is back with this epic fantasy madness.
I could spend a few hours writing out an essay on potential symbolism and how much I adore this MV and a million other things, but I'll refrain from doing that here.

I'll just say that this is essentially his last big work before he enlists in the military. The album is the culmination of an already long career in the industry (and being effectively banned by that industry).
I cried watching this the first time. Cried listening to the album.
Junsu is not just an important figure in Korean Music, but an important figure in my life.
I honestly can't overstate that.
I'm delighted how far he has pushed himself to the wildest extremes. Pushing boundaries that others are unwilling or incapable of pushing. Always impressive. Always creative.

I feel perpetually privileged to be his fan. He gives so much.
XIA JUNSU, FIGHTING!

[MV] Lovelyz - Hi~
