So much going on here. It's still the trend I don't like, but the rhythm changes are interesting. The scenes with the giant stone hands felt like something out of Elden Ring. Lol.

[MV] Daru - Give me one
Oh god. This video made me so uncomfortable. Anthropomorphized food horror? LOL.

[MV] Red Velvet - Feel My Rhythm
The mix feels a little less crowded on Spotify to me. Typical of SM's recent sound, but more pleasant. Nice vocals. Least favorite on the album though. I like the city pop track 'BAMBOLEO'.
Video is wild. Right from the start I was yelling internally, "Millais! Fragonard! Waterhouse! Monet!" and a lot of "Bosch! Bosch! Bosch!". A little art history frenzy there. Very obvious references. And also imagery I don't know what to make of. Lol. Interesting. The blue/pink early 00s styling for the performance shots is such a weird choice to me. Feels out of place with everything else.
[MV] Stray Kids - VENOM
Strobe light flashing throughout. There's also a CG robot spider that might bother you if you have arachnophobia.
[COVER] Rolling Quartz - Azalea
Azalea was originally a poem by Kim Sowol (early 1900s) and has been covered as a song many times. Not sure who originally did this kind of rock rendition. Might have been Maya?
[DEBUT] Kawaguchi Yurina - Look At Me (Jpn.)
Yurina competed on Girls Planet 999, but was eliminated before making it in to Kep1er. Not sure if I'll continue to post her stuff if it's all Japanese, but figured I'd add her solo debut at least.

[MV] XIA JUNSU - HANA
MY GUY. I think this is the 'trendiest' thing I've ever heard Junsu do. Slightly wish it had a catchier hook, but it's still nice! Happy to see him back to pop music after focusing on musicals and making his own agency. The other two songs on the mini album are more ballad-y and lovely as usual.
[MV] NU'EST - Again, Spring
NU'EST has confirmed they are disbanding so this celebrates their 10 year anniversary and serves as a send-off for the group. They had a hell of a run!

[MV] Jay Park (feat. IU) - GANADARA
This video... lmao. Make sure you turn on the subs.
The shot of the crew/staff at the end killed me. 🤣

[MV] Cherry Bullet - Love In Space
Incorporating so much of the sound from Love So Sweet... not sure how I feel about it. Maybe a smart move, but I think it annoys me because it's not actually Love So Sweet. Leaves me disappointed and just wanting to listen to it instead.
[MV] Rocket Punch - CHIQUITA
The opening riffs in the chorus are so 80s/90s animated cartoon theme song.
[DEBUT] TEMPEST - Bad News
Interesting choices in the instrumentation. A lot of weird stuff layered in there.
Nice to see a bright/fun boy group debut again. I feel like it's been a while.
[MV] BANG YONGGUK - UP
Gotta express my appreciation for hiring real dancers and not just sticking models in tutus and pointe shoes. Looks to be all beautifully trained dancers featured here.
