Been listening to this all day. Very freakin' excited about this comeback. There have been hints of them throwing back to their older stuff for a while, which is what I've been hoping for. 'Persona' pretty literally references and samples RM's Skool Luv Affair intro from way back in 2014, animation included.

'Map of the Soul' is the name of the whole era/concept. 'Persona' is the first part (album will release on April 12th). Seems likely that 'Shadow' and 'Ego' will be the next parts. BigHit always gets elaborate with their marketing though, so who knows?!

[MONTHLY] Favorites for FEBRUARY 2019

There were a whole lot of ballads and chill R&B tracks in February. I liked a bunch of them for their pretty and interesting melodies, but I pared most of them out as I worked on this list.

Taemin and Dreamcatcher both served up some dark fantasies that I loved. I've really enjoyed watching Taemin's live performances of WANT. He's amazing. I think I've had either PIRI or LOONA's Butterfly continually stuck in my head for at least a week. They just trade off. Lol.
