The vocal feels kind of flat or low energy for this one. It's a fine song though. 

I'm so exhausted from following the whole HYBE/ADOR shitshow... just want it to be over. Hard to fully enjoy NewJeans while this is all going on. :(

Nice song. Everyone has been so excited for new NewJeans tracks and then all hell broke loose between HYBE and ADOR. These ladies have probably had a miserable week along with everyone else in that building. Lol. It sucks.

Certainly been miserable working on the Megathreads in r/kpop. Just want it to be over as soon as possible. FML.

Another 2-part video from NJ. These two have continuity between them though. Have to watch A first, then B. Love the narrative. That star cameo in B though! It's a bit short, but I love the song too.

Performance version

This debut is the big buzz of the moment. The other long-awaited HYBE girl group. They're under the ADOR subsidiary label which is being run by Min Heejin who previously worked with SM Ent. 
Interesting marketing choice to unceremoniously release this MV. No prior teasers. Then released four MVs for 'Hype Boy' which feature/introduce the 5 members:

• MINJI Ver.
• HANNI Ver.
• HYEIN Ver.
• DANIELLE & HAERIN Ver.

Then the 'Hurt' MV was released too. And I believe there are two more coming in the next week or so. It's a NewJeans blitz! Sounding and looking great to me so far. They've got my attention.
